By using the EVCalm mobile application and website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Accuracy of Data

While we strive to provide accurate EV routing and charger information via OpenChargeMap, EVCalm is not responsible for any inaccuracies in charger availability, location, or power output. Always verify charger status before traveling.

2. Safety & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for operating your vehicle safely. Do not interact with the application while driving. We recommend using our route planning feature before you begin your journey.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account used to sign in. Any data loss due to unauthorized access is not the responsibility of EVCalm.

4. Service Availability

We provide EVCalm "as is" and do not guarantee 100% uptime. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time to improve the ecosystem.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access for users who violate these terms or engage in misuse of our crowd-sourced reporting data.
